For all buyers, including first-time home buyers, I will thoroughly explain the steps required and everything you need to know, along with relentlessly helping search and showing you as many properties as needed to give you a property you will be thrilled with.
A major part of the selling and buying process requires skilled negotiation while explaining the numbers, I talk through what they mean. There can be some challenging obstacles to tackle with any deal; nothing is more rewarding than being my client’s advocate and solving any issue which arises.
My upbringing was in the coastal town of Hingham, MA. I graduated from Hingham High School and Merrimack College, North Andover with a degree in psychology and history. After marriage, I settled in Franklin, MA where I raised my three children with my husband Felix, an attorney with his own business in Foxboro, MA.
I love what I do. It is the nature of my business that I get to meet new and interesting people regularly, this to me is a joy!
